In this program, we will address how boundaries are developed and embodied, allowing you to be your most authentic self.
Authentic communication begins with self-discovery. Being willing to explore our own fears and insecurities, we regain the power to express ourselves authentically and truly hear others' vulnerabilities.
In this program, we develop the skills to attune with another, creating a neural groove for authentic relating.
Accepting and examining our sexual desire can take some extra care and courage due to our collective and individual fear of its power.
Learning to embody sexual fulfillment and consciously reconnect with our desires (and its implications), we can find a beautiful balance between detachment and deep sensuality.
Past unprocessed hurts can get stored in the body and subconscious mind. We can examine the different affected parts of you and the early environmental factors that may be blocking intimacy.
Through somatic and hypnotherapy practices, we may renegotiate events on a body-based level so you can experience relief.

This coaching program is available for both solo persons and couples.
Imagine diving deep into all aspects of YOU, exploring and developing healthy relationships in a completely safe and nonjudgmental space. Here, all your concerns, desires, worries, goals, and ideas will be addressed. You'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your attachment style, and discover your inherent strengths and challenges.
Our sessions will include rituals like guided meditations, session integrations, and practical homework and resources. Through hypnotherapy, we'll uncover root causes of issues and build powerful suggestions and self-hypnosis techniques to reinforce solutions.
Hypnotherapy as a Tool
The subconscious mind is a profound reservoir of our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and memories operating below conscious awareness. It is intricately connected to our physical, emotional and mental well-being. Using therapeutic hypnosis tools, we can tap into this reservoir, facilitating profound transformation from within.
Though research on hypnotherapy for OCD is minimal, it doesn't necessarily rule it out. There are testimonies of people finding success with this type of therapy. Hypnotherapy may be a complementary option for some people already receiving treatment for OCD symptoms.
